Flu and Covid Vaccines
We have now started sending out invitations via text messaging system to eligible patients in the first cohorts inviting them to book an appointment for their COVID-19 Autumn Booster.
Please follow the link on your phone to book an appointment. If you are unable to do this please only phone the surgery between 11.30am-1pm or 2.30-4pm, Monday to Friday, to speak with a receptionist who will be able to assist you. Please do not call at other times as we need to ensure lines are free for patients who are unwell.
If you do not have a mobile phone please don’t worry you will be contacted by letter or phone when it is time for your cohort to receive your vaccination.
First clinic dates are Friday 16th and Friday 23rd September.
