Patients Know Best (PKB)

MTW have recently introduced a patient portal called: Patients Know Best (PKB).

This portal provides access to patients (over 16 years) to outpatient appointment letters, outpatient appointment details and online information and resources about their care - including clinic letters.

It allows patients to amend and cancel outpatient appointments online instead of calling, and to receive notifications about upcoming and newly-booked appointments.

Patients must sign up for access via NHS login. There is a step by step guide on how to register.
