Mental Health Consultations
Our GPs and Advanced Paramedic Practitioners offer dedicated mental health consultations - giving you time, space, and expert support to talk through what you're experiencing and find the right path forward.
Who you might see
Appointments are available with both our GPs and our Advanced Paramedic Practitioners, who have specialist training in mental health assessment and support. Both are fully qualified to assess, treat, and refer for a wide range of mental health conditions.

What happens at your appointment
- A confidential, unhurried consultation with a GP or Advanced Paramedic
- Discussion of your symptoms, history, and what support you're looking for
- A personalised plan - which may include talking therapies, medication, self-help resources, follow ups booked in advance or specialist referral
- Direct referral to NHS Talking Therapies (CBT, counselling) where appropriate
- Social prescribing - connecting you with local community and wellbeing support
